April 2011 Exhibit

Wayne Gagnon - Animal Set 3
Wayne Gagnon Exhibit
April 2011
at Pioneer Valley Ballet
Eastworks (first floor)
116 Pleasant St.
Suite 155
Easthampton, MA.

Best time to visit is 5-7 pm Monday thru Friday (except during the week of April 18).

UPDATE: The April 9 reception was a blast. Thank you all for coming. The after-party party was a trip, as well. (Apollo Grill needs to start serving Nachos!)

For those of you who missed the April 9 opening event, please visit the exhibit and don’t forget to sign the marble notebook.

Wayne will be exhibiting a collection of acrylic paintings on wood. These works were created on rescued pieces of scrap boards. He will also display some acrylic paintings on canvas depicting whimsical, colorful animals. Most of the designs originated in his 3.5 by 4.75 inch sketchpad while sitting in coffee shops around the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts.

Another claim to Wayne’s fame is that he’s constantly sketching on 2×3-inch pieces of rescued cardboard. Stop by Pioneer Valley Ballet on April 9 to meet Wayne. And don’t forget to ask for a sketch.
